This Privacy Policy explains how LS Foods, DBA Small Farm Foods ("Small Farm Foods," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit www.farmfreshfreezer.com (the "Site"), place an order, sign up for our alerts, or enter our drawing. 1. Information we collect:

  ---Order details, including the items you order and your chosen pickup location

  ---The phone number and any preferences you provide when you opt in to text or voicemail alerts

  ---Information you provide when you enter our drawing (such as your name and contact details)

  ---Information we collect automatically - Basic device and usage information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed), collected through cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working and understand how it is used. We do not knowingly collect more information than we need to run the store, coordinate pickups, and send the alerts you asked for.

2. How we use your information:

  ---Send you the text and/or voicemail alerts you have opted in to (see Section 3)

 3. Text (SMS) and voicemail alerts: If you opt in by checking the box on our mail-in postcard, by submitting the form on the Site, or by texting our keyword, you agree to receive recurring alerts from Small Farm Foods about upcoming truck sales, pickup reminders, and related updates. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can order from us without signing up for alerts. Message frequency varies. For texts, message and data rates may apply. To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP, or contact us at 574-822-7347. To stop voicemail alerts, contact us at 574-822-7347 and we will remove your number. We process opt-out requests promptly. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the information-sharing described elsewhere in this Policy excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We may share your number only with the service providers who help us deliver the messages (for example, our texting and automated-calling providers), and only so they can send the alerts on our behalf.

4. How we share information: We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these limited ways:

  ---Service providers who work on our behalf — our payment processor (Square), our website host, our text/voicemail delivery providers, and any provider that helps us fulfill or coordinate orders — and only to the extent they need it to perform that service for us.

  ---Small country stores or pickup partners, only the information needed to coordinate an order or pickup you have placed through them. When required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. As stated in Section 3, your text/voicemail opt-in and consent are never shared for marketing purposes.

5. Payment and checkout security: Your information and purchases are processed through a secure checkout page, and your personal information is encrypted. Credit card information is not stored on our website, cannot be viewed online, and cannot be accessed by our employees; it is used only to directly process your order through Square, our secure payment gateway, under Square's own security standards and privacy policy.

6. Cookies and analytics: The Site uses cookies and similar tools to function properly and to help us understand Site usage. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work as well if you disable them.

7. How long we keep information: We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, run our alerts and drawing, meet our legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. 8. Your choices and rights: You may opt out of alerts at any time (Section 3).
