This delicious all-natural cheese is produced on a family farm in Pennsylvania. Unlike raw milk, raw-milk cheese that has been aged for a minimum of 60 days and produced according to established protocols has been approved by the FDA for sale to consumers. The aging process naturally reduces the potential for harmful pathogens in hard cheeses. Raw-milk cheeses are prized for the flavors and nutritional benefits that are retained by using unpasteurized milk in their production. - Made from certified organic milk.
